Sludge and biosolids

Our beltdryer can bring water content from  60-85% down to less than 10% in sludge or other types of biosolids. Our pyrolysis system works at a temperature range of 450-650 oC. It can significantly reduce sludge volume and recover energy and nutrients. Combination of the dryer and the pyrolysis provides a versatile solution for sludge and biosolids valorisation. The heat and energy generated in the pyrolysis is recycled and used in the beltdryer for drying feedstock.

 Wastewater treatment

We provide various wastewater treatment technologies such as advanced biofilm process, moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR), integrated fixed-film activated sludge (IFAT) and granular sludge based anaerobic treatment processes, as well as offering custom-made integrated solutions for pre-treatment, solids separation, sludge treatment and package plants.


Saline water in saltwater aquaculture poses big challenges to treatment processes and corrosion protection compared to freshwater aquaculture. Our recirculating aquaculture system (RAS), feed water and end-of-pipe treatment including slurry treatment with beltdryer and pyrolysis can be specially designed for saline water applications, as well as for freshwater applications
